Chinese Export Garden Plate in Underglaze Blue with Pink and Red Enamels, Qianlong Period, c. 1750-75

A Chinese Export plate featuring a garden with blossom trees, willow and lingzhi fungi against a fence. Two ducks swim on a river with a pagoda on the opposite bank. The double border around the rim is decorated with a diaper pattern in famille rose pink, the inner border broken up by cartouches. Details are picked out in gold.

The scalloped rim is fritted and there are a couple of hairline cracks to the base. Apart from a rubbed area on the bench, the enamels are in good condition
